<br />i had a breast reduction in oct 08.  my breasts are still perky from the surgery.  i would expect that not too much would happen to your breasts.  maybe you would lose some weight in them, but not a significant amount.  breasts are mostly breast tissue, not fatty cells.  but depending on how much you have to lose, maybe effect the results.  ask you surgeon what s/he expects would happen.</p>
