I want to loose weight? But Don’t know where to start… While I was in my room today, I imagined myself looking just right. Not too skinny and not to fat. And from imagining it, it kind of bit makes me feel awesome and confident. I am a VERY shy person, I don’t know why, (not bragging just info) but I am semi-smart, I can sing, play the guitar and piano and maybe the most respectful person you’ll ever meet Bullies would be friends with me but not in a bad way, and popular student’s would say hi. so i am 14, and all my life i have been a big kid. big but, thunder thighs, and big stomach. i cant ever remember a time when i was skinny. i just started high school and i refuse to wear any tight clothes unless i wear a tummy tucker tank-top and i skip breakfast and lunch. about 3 months ago i tried to make myself puke after pigging out, but stopped when nothing came up after 15+ tries. soon i will start softball, but that probably wont help much. I just want to be a skinny kid. but its the food that gets me, for instance tonight i ate a full plate of spaghetti which looked as if it could have served two. i am not a depressed nerd, in fact some would even say i was fairly popular(not being cocky) and i put a smile on every day and i make people laugh. i just want someone to tell me how i can loose weight without my parents seeing a huge difference in the way i eat. its hard because we always have a drawer full of candy and a plate full of brownies out, and i just cant resist the temptations. i even tried pinching my palm REALLY hard whenever i thought of food, but all that happened was i got a scabbed palm. both my mom, and my brother and sister are all skinny, its just my dad and i that got left in the dust… please, i beg of you to help me. and i dont want you guys to lecture me on why i shouldnt do the things i have done, and please dont be a jerk about it.

-drink water: makes you feel fuller and is just overall good for you
-dont snack
-eat only three small portion/low calories meals a day: an easy way to do this is to heat up a healthy choice or smart ones frozen tray
-work out every day: even a brisk walk will help
-tone the area you want to lose fat: like for your stomach do crunches, for your legs do leg lifts, etc.
-try to total to about 1,500 calories a day or less

my plan has been working so far. if you eat less and less calories the weight will go faster, but dont eat less than 700. you can lose up to 2 lbs a week if you stick to this plan.
