A six-small-plan would not be as effective if you do not choose the right food to eat. Target eating foods that are healthy such as vegetables, lean meat, and fruits. High-fiber foods should be included in your meals and make it a point to drink lots of water to increase your metabolism.

Increasing your body’s metabolic rate may be a tough job but it is not impossible especially if you eat healthy and exercise properly.
